Write the Perfect Complaint Letter

Everyone needs to make a complaint one time or another (Some need to make them more often…). Sometimes they’re genuine and sometimes they’re not. Either way, below are some points to keep in mind:

  • Stick to the point
    Otherwise it will have minimum effect
  • Keep it professional
    Or it will probably end up in the bin
  • Don’t include threats
    It will make it difficult for yourself
  • Only include facts
    It will go against you otherwise
  • Don’t point fingers
    This is bad
  • Provide full details when referencing
    Otherwise, they will hold no weight
  • Finally – Follow up you letter if you don’t receive a reply
    Otherwise nothing will get done!
