Whether you’re the CEO, CTO, MD or even an employee’s manager, a time will come when you need fill many high positions within the company and who should you place in these seats? Today, I’ll help you make your choice with a few questions.
- Has the employee taken and handled strong responsibility?
Such as those which affect large aspects of the company. - Has the employee made strong decisions?
Which affected a lot of people and many aspects of the business - Have they met their job description and gone beyond?
Have they - Loyalty? Do they show loyalty to the company?
Otherwise they will leave once they have what they want.
