Money Money Money Money Money

Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money!!!

That’s the big questions readers. Is money the answer everything? Think about it. Most people dream of becoming a millionaire but do not realise how detrimental it can be.

Most people cannot manage their own finances and come into debt after debt after debt and believe it or not, most millionaires don’t have their peace of mind! That’s the fools dream.

If the million is made through a lot of hard work then there is more peace but a quick million earned (e.g. via the lottery) will take your peace away. Just look at all the people, who have won the lottery in the last few years, they wish they never won!!!

Be smart and invest in your business carefully

Be smart and invest in your business carefully! Otherwise you’ll end up like the fool who has been in business for 30 years but hasn’t made any progress!

Many people make a good profit and some good money and in their excitement quickly re-invest it into the business or other business thinking they would definitely make a profit however it is this very act that has brought many businesses to bankruptcy!

This is also the very reason why the really big international businesses have come down – due to some directors who thought themselves to be very successful and thought they would repeat the steps taken! ROFL.

Is it worth getting a car on finance?

Many people are of the opinion that getting a car on finance and lease for a period of 4 or more years is better than buying a car out right. Okay there may be some benefits such as the fact that you do not pay a large amount up front but you need to understand that after your time is up or you reach a certain number of miles, you give the car back and that’s it (even though they pay for repairs etc.)

But if you buy a car then after 4 years you can sell the car off and probably get half almost half your money back! So in your opinion, what’s better?

Economy needs to heal through your help!?!!

It seems like one of the top businesses men in the UK has come out and told the public they need to look after their finances a bit more for the UK economy to heal? What the heck is this! Didn’t the government say the economy is now healing and VAT has also increased?

As we all know, a lot of the information out there is a load rubbish! So the best course of action to take is to look after your finances and think twice before splashing out!

Otherwise you don’t want to end up in a very bad situation where your finances go out of control.

Anyone looking to get the Apple iPad?

Anyone looking to get the Apple iPad?

A lot of people in the world are very disappointed with the new Apple iPad which is going to launch worldwide in the next two months.

Lack of features, lack of Flash, lack of everything! What are your thoughts on the Apple iPad? Will you be getting one? If so, Why? Otherwise, why not?

Today I read some rumours that Google are planning to release their own tablet PC with their own OS. If this is the case, things are going to become interesting…

I think Google have realised Apple have made a big mistake!!

Is the economy reviving?

I remember mentioned about the downfall of the economy previously and also about how the financial specialists all over the world predicted that in 2010 the economy will start to become stronger and the so called recession will begin to disappear.

What do you think of this?

Do you think the economy is actually recovering from 2009? A few would say yes however the majority will be saying that nothing seems to have changed except prices increasing even more!

The best course of action to take for each individual is to begin their own recovery and those close to them.

Business Communication is very Important in Large Businesses

There have been many large companies in the past that were so successful in the early days they had to expand massively. This did happen however once the companies reached their peak, they suddenly fell and went down like a meteor without any control!

Now, many may find this amazing and think how is such a thing possible for a very successful company?

Well, one of the many reasons is communication. Internal Business Communication to be precise.

When a company is small, then communication is not such a major issue because everyone generally is situated close by in the same office or room.

The problem occurs when businesses start to increase in size rapidly and grow at an exponential rate. When this happens, businesses and their directors are too deeply engrossed in looking at the income and the profit margins.

While looking at the margin, members of staff and employees don’t have a flow of who to contact, how to contact them, when to contact them etc. and this then starts to create major communication issues and problem between staff and clients. Day by day this starts to increase when suddenly there are major problems where no one knows how to tackle and this in turn leads to big problems with time that’s not enough to solve them.

Thus, a company comes to its knees.

Christmas Cards and Finance!

It’s that time of the year again where everyone is looking forward to the seasonal holidays and Christmas breaks to get away from work and have a nice long break at home with family or to go out and travel the world!

Well, back here at A Fool and His Money, we will still have a job to do. What’s that, you ask? Well we will still make sure you make the most of your finances during a very busy shopping time where everyone will be buying gifts and items for everyone else!

For today, I’m going to concentrate on Christmas Cards. This is the only time of the year when Christmas Cards are sold and bought like crazy!!

Almost everyone in the UK will buy more than a few cards to dish them out to all their, families, friends, colleagues and even unknown people!

Although it’s a little late for this advice, it still does apply to some extent.

If you know you are going to buy lots and lots of Christmas cards then buy them well early. We’re talking months in advance. Shops generally stock them all year round these days.

The reason being is that the cards go very, very cheap at the time and when Christmas nears, prices tend to suddenly go up quite high!!

The use of Web SMS services to market your company

In this day and age, there are lots of different ways and methods of marketing your business and company. Among these are advertising in the media, newspapers, magazines, Google, Websites and even emails.

All of these will help grow your business and company however there is another form of media which is very under utilised and much underrated.

This is the ‘old media’ of SMS test messages.

Even now, you may be thinking how is this any good. Well, let’s ponder for a moment. Most people carry 1 or 2 phones and if you can get hold of many mobile phone numbers in a database or you use a Web SMS service then your advertisement can potentially go to lots of people who will become your customers.

Since many people don’t use this method of advertisement and reaching out to people, it’s relatively cheap to do so and can potentially increase your profits by a very large margin.

I the beginning you won’t want to use this and will be tempted to move away but once you take the initial step; you’ll see great results in the coming months!

The need for Management Courses

If you’re are very large organisation bringing in profits of thousands of pounds and the management team consists of many members, then you need to ensure that they’re are all trained in every aspect of managing other people to the highest level, otherwise you will find that you will be losing lots of profits and will potentially bring the company down to bankruptcy.

It may not seem like it because everything seems to run smoothly however sooner or later, you will realise but then it’s too late as the damage will have already been caused.

So, the best action to take is to send Managers on Management Courses.

They will be costly and expensive however investing in expensive, quality courses are important otherwise your managers may be ruined in totality!

There are many other benefits also. Managers will be taught new tips and trick to make their jobs better and simpler.

Your company will be in more better, secure hands.

Your profits will increase in the long term.

There are lots more reasons to send your managers and yourself to these management courses but these are just a few to get your brain thinking.
