A Fool and His Money

Finding your first set of customers can be the most difficult aspect of any new business and the very foundation of your business relies wholly on this. You may offer the best service and the best products but not looking after your customers – especially in the early days – can take down you business without you even knowing about it! Its a fools game…

I’ll leave you with several tips:

• Have a plan
• Your new and small so start small – work with the local papers
• Lookout for business events that you could attend and attract
• Offer big for liitle in the beginning
• Start with your network of close friends and family
• Research your competition and how they started – Learn from the mistakes of others

Remember, finding customers is one thing, keeping is another.
