Job losses during the recession – What can you do

There have been record level job losses in this country ever since the recession and credit crunch started. We hear daily on the news that one by one, big companies are going down and thousands of jobs are lost.
To keep this post short, what can you do if you become a victim of this?
It’s simple. Whether your’re still in work or you have out of work, you will surely have some time on your hands. Use this time wisely and begin to learn a new skill, one which is guaranteed to be useful. One such industry is the technology/IT industry.
Dont worry, there is ample help available from all sides, all you need to do is to take the fist step. The rest will come as time
