In Business? Use a Computer? Backup. Backup. Backup.
I cannot stress this enough. Backup, backup, and backup again. I would repeat this a hundred times if it helps. (Tell me and I will?).
I’m sure you have heard many stories (Not just Tales of the past) about businesses who thought it will never happen to them and suddenly in one way or another, lose all data on their computers.
Then what? This probably led to the demise of their business.
So what advice do I have for you today. Always, ALWAYS backup your data. Do this. It’s a lot of hard work but believe, and you will thank me for the rest of your life.
The larger your business, the herder the work and the larger the benefits.
That said, how should you backup your data? Well for a cheap and easy way, DVD Replication is probably best. It’s cheap, quick and easy. Anyone can do this. EVEN YOU.
With DVDs, you can easily send large amounts of data across the world, very quickly, cheaply and efficiently.
And what else? probably 90% of the people in this country have access to a computer which can read DVDs.
A not to keep in mind, use Good Quality DVDs and make a few backups of the same data. This will ensure you have a good backup.
Backup should ideally be dont a few times a day. If not once a day. If this cannot even be done then at least once a week.
