A Fool and His Money

This is one of the most important when it comes to recruiting the keeping the best. Once a talented employee joins the team, they will like leave the company soon afterwards if they are not happy. Why? Getting another job is no problem for them.

I’m this post, I’m not going to mention, what to do but how to discover what’s best for your company. As usual, here are some points to help you make your workplace a happy environment:

• Rule #1: Communicate with ALL employees equally
  This will make them feel more integrated within the team.
• Set confidence within employees
  Recognise their work and achievements.
• Set realistic goals for employees
  This keeps them motivated.
• Set high expectations
  High but ones which won’t feel like a burden on the employee – e.g. Give large timescales.
• Reward Well.
  This is a must.
