Fraudster’s livin’ it large

Frauds impact on the economy comes second to drug trafficking as It is costing the UK £20bn a year. The figure is an estimate cost to the UK for lost revenue , stolen assets and costs of prevention and investigation.
The people, who some may consider to be a waste of tax on , the (city of London) Police has started recruiting a team of private investigators and the public to help investigations around the country.
A report by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) estimated that £700m is lost in mortgage fraud . Its the high profits and low risks which attracts criminals.
Lets give the police a round of applause for helping business and the government instead of helping the people who are victims of real crimes like getting shot.
