If you are an organisation, you will know that processing payroll can be a task of utmost complexity. You will pay employees, submit reports, file taxes, etc.

To choose the best Payroll system, here are some points to keep in mind.

• Types of Payroll systems. Three are available:
  Manual
  Computerised
  External service
• Number of Employees?
  If it is a relatively small number, a manual payroll process may be the best.
• Complexity?
  If it’s highly complex, it’s best to use a computerised system.

Although saying the above, it’s best to start using a computerised system from the beginning, even though you may have a small number of employees. Why? If you expand the business, everything will be smooth.
