There are many things that can happen to your business which all lead to you losing all of your data and software from you machines and company as a whole.

Don’t ever think it will never happen to you because as soon as you this, it will happen, and it will come hard. Hard on both yourself and your business. It could potentially result in thousands of pounds of loss.

The best advice is to make a copy of your piece of software AS SOON AS YOU PURCHASE IT and then keep the original in a safe place, preferably away from you company in another location (Just in case the worst happens) and use the copy instead.

There are many companies who offer many data backup services and and CD duplication services.

These services will probably be out of the budget for small businesses but for semi-large corporate businesses, it’s exactly what you need.

A note to keep in mind: When searching for companies for your data backup, choose reliable, well established companies otherwise it could be much worse than you can imagine…
