A Fool and His Money

In the business world, motivation is amongst the most important to succeed – Both as a company and individually.

You might be the CD, CEO, CFO, CTO, GM, MD (you get the idea) – To motivate is your position. If you have to manage people below you, your job is to motivate.

There are four factors (The four i’s):

• Inspirational motivation
• Idealised influence
• Intellectual stimulation
• Individual consideration

Below are 3 very simple steps, but if followed, lead to great results:

• Have a positive attitude
• Give positive affirmations
• Stick to break times and take a break in those times
