Stay away from bad credit loans

There are many people out there who, despite the current recession and situation, despite their own extremely bad credit rating with debts of up to £50,000 and more, they still go and take out further loans and bring more unhappiness into their lives.

There are many companies out there who offer bad credit loans to individuals who have a very bad credit history. Some may be genuine companies and others may not however, what you need to realise is that, whatever their motive, even if it’s to help you genuinely, it will not work. It never works with loans.

Look at ALL the people who have taken loans out in the past without giving much thought to it. It has destroyed lives, families, friends, businesses, homes, jobs, you name it.

My advice is that do not take out a loan and more importantly, if you have taken a loan out, then don’t go anywhere near a bad credit loan, no matter how appealing it may seem, it’s not for you. Your situation will become worse.

I know many of you will not agree with me but this is fact. Lots of research has been carried out in this field and millions have been spent by financialists and researchers researching the truth about loans and how it destroys the life of people.

Vending machines in the Summer months

Ever thought of investing in your very own vending machine?

The thought of vending machines will never cross the mind of most people out there as it’s something which holds no value in the minds of most.

Well, stop and just this about this for one moment.

If you invest in one for the hot summer months - maybe a drinks machine - and have this placed in the middle of a very busy area, you will have the machine empty each day (maybe twice)…. Understand?… KERCHING!

I.e., maybe you can rent a vending machines and also hire the small piece of land out or within a railway station or something and you will have to have a good cheap supplier and fill the machine up every time it goes but will all of this - you could potentially end up with thousands of pounds in profit by the end of each week.

There are big companies and businesses doing this very technique undercover without being known and bringing in millions in profit.

You may not want to do this but with a little thought, you can go into other industries and do something similar - it doesn’t have to be Vending Machines!

Buy Items and Assets after Assesing all Needs

One big tip and advice I will share with you today.

Many a time, people have to/want to buy some item/asset for business and personal use and end with a possibility of two.

They need to choose between two items. Now, the question is, how do you determine the better of the two?

Well depending on the situation, one is better than the other.

If for business and commercial use, then don’t go for looks and go for that item which you can make the most use of. For example, if you plan to buy radiators to keep the workplace and office warm then you can simply buy a standard radiator which sticks onto the wall and that’s it. On the other hand, you can buy and purchase radiators that can also be used as towel warmers.

So, if you bought the standard radiator, then in future a time may come where you need to also buy a towel warmer - So you would end up paying more.

Thus, if you assess all your needs together in one instance, this can potentially save you and your business thousands in the long run.

If you buying for personal use, then you probably want the best looking one.

Keep access to your building secure

These days, people have made it very easy for criminals to rob them and their large multinational businesses by simply no planning and just walking in.

Like universities, any Tom, Bob and harry and walk into any building and office, steal valuable information, reagrding plans, people, staff, students, event information etc.

Especially in business, if you have a turnover of millions, one piece of paper could potentially contain information and data that cyber criminals are after and need to completely take down your business to bits with nothing remaining thereof.

This is why it is recommended to use Access control security systems. This allows you to have a very secure, tried, tested and proven to be successful, security system for your business and other commercial premises where you have hundreds and thousands of people walking through every moment.

It can be very costly however, remember one thing. It is better to spend a hundred thousand pounds and dollars on a security system and bring your profits down by 90% rather than having no security systems in place and losing everything you have and even more into the negative after some time.

You cannot but agree with me on this. Otherwise you can officially call yourself the fool.

Don’t overspend on Door Knobs

There are many businesses out there who are under the impression that they can impress their clients with fancy furniture and fancy door knob.

Don’t take me wrong, it’s of utmost importance to impress clients as much as we can but at the same time, i won’t accept the fact that you need to spend ten times more on some fancy door knob.

Respected readers, when in business, one thing should be realised. You keep cost’s down to an absolute minimum. I would only accept the top exec office in a multi-million international business to have very expensive and prestigious door knobs as these guys need to look the part when bringing in million dollar deals.

Let me let you into a secret. Lots and lot of businesses have gone down with the speed of lightning into bankruptcy. Why? Let me tell you:

  1. They start a businesses
  2. Make some profit
  3. Spend like crazy on everything business as they expect the same the folling month
  4. Realise that profit was due to that month/time/circumstances
  5. Start to struggle
  6. Go negative
  7. Sell business
  8. Go broke
  9. No business
this way they lose valuable time - usually a minimum of 1 year..

Prepare for a Divorce

Before anything, a divorce should not take place. However, we all know that this is not the case and the number of Divorce that takes place is on the increase, year in year out.

I won’t go into the detail of why this is the case - after all, this site is about money, business and the fool - but what I will mention are some tips on preparing for a Divorce.

Now, you and your spouse have agreed to have a Divorce. So what would be best?

Plan, plan, plan. There is surely going to be problems as to who gets this and who gets that etc etc etc.

If you want the divorce to be very smooth and want no trouble then you both have to and have to come to a good agreement. How is this possible? You both need to be fair not try to take an advantage.

When one party tries to even get 1% extra - then both parties will suffer greatly. Not just mentally and socially, but financially.

This finance trouble can take down both parties to bits and they could end up losing all and everything. Friends, Job, help and most importantly - Family and children.

So is this worth the trouble. Just be satisfied and take your FAIR share and all will be well.

Balloon Flights and Money

In today’s post, you’re going to see me rant!

People are complaining about the credit crunch, the recession and the current economic crises. They are complaining they have no money and finances (This does not point to all - there are many genuine people out there and this post is not for them!) and thereafter go on Balloon Flights and splash away their hard earned cash!

This is two sided talk. What needs to be done is that in times like these, people need to be more careful about their finances. It’s won’t be a lifelong thing.

A year or two of (a tiny bit of) struggle will get you back on track.

Otherwise, if you go on spending on the ‘not-needed’ balloon flights and extra holidays, then you will continue to struggle for a long time to come, even after the recession has subsided and the economy has been brought back to a more stable condition.

Until then, the choice is yours. Only you can decide. Either you take heed at this point and listen to my advice or you may ignore this and look elsewhere. Don’t get me wrong, there are many solutions, both better and worse than this but this is one solution and has a good guarantee of helping.

So what’s your opinion? Correct or not so?

Document scanning in times of recession

In times of recession and bad economy it is very important to minimise cost as much as possible. on way of achieving this is to use the system of Document Scanning which you would generally find in more corporate and larger businesses however it does not mean small business cannot utilise this.

First of all, why is this a good cost saving method? Well think about it. A good scanner costs about £100 and there after you just need to scan and save the documents. And if needed, email to colleagues.

Also, by scanning documents into your business computer system, you:

  • Save money
  • Ink for the prine
  • Paper
  • Time
(You can simply email and deliver the documents by foot)
  • Protect the environment
It is really something to consider in this day and age, not only because of the economy but where technology is heading to in the future.
By using the art of document scanning, you also present yourself as a very high-tech, professional, quality company and business, thus creating more trust within your clients and users.
You might have one worry though - You are not too technical… Well let me tell you, document scanning requires very, very minimum technical knowledge so no excuses there!

Keeping the Atmosphere High

In large businesses, where you have a lot of staff, one very important aspect of success is to keep the morale high within the community of staff and employees.

This is one aspect where many, many businesses and companies fail and don’t realise the importance of. Many people out there are under the impression of the salary being the bottom line. This is true in one sense however if you want your business to succeed and go further very far into the business world, then take care of your employees and staff well.

What are the benefits of this?

By keeping the morale up between your staff:

  • They will look forward to come into work
    Everyone would like this
  • The teamwork between your employees will be very strong and thus very productive
Look at (Yes, I know you are probably not) Google. Almost all the additional services they offer came through teamwork.
This is the same with many of the other top companies out there.
One method to achieving this is through corporate entertainment. Many companies take this route however is only good to use this method once in a year. Otherwise, having prizes given monthly, recognition, free tea and coffee etc. are all good methods of keeping the morale high within the company.

Computer Security for your business

Computer security is of utmost importance in this day and age for any business. Which every industry you’re in, whatever size you business is, whoever you deal with, you need to ensure you computers are secure from all harms such as:

  • Hackers
  • Virus
  • Data being stolen
  • Data loss
  • etc.
There are many reasons for this.
  1. Your consumers and customers will trust you more and think you to be a very reliable firm/business
  2. Will give customers and users of your business confidence that their data is safe with you
  3. Help against virus infecting your computer. If you’re not secure enough, it can potentially take down your business
  4. Help keep you business success secrets away and hidden from hackers
These are just some of the advantages of keeping your computer secure.
